After acquiring her Bachelor’s degree in marketing/advertising from SMU in Dallas, TX, Elizabeth moved to New York City where she mastered her marketing skills working for Lou Hammond and Associates, a well-respected public relations firm. For the next several years she worked with clients including The Bermuda Department of Tourism, Palm Beach County, and Hershey Entertainment. She joined the family business in 2005 and specializes in luxury real estate for customers seeking primary residences, second homes, vacation homes, and investment properties on the Barrier Island, Vero Beach, Indian River Shores, Orchid Island and Indian River County.

Elizabeth, like the entire Dale Sorensen Real Estate family, believes that business leadership requires the responsibility to help make the community a better place to live, which is why the firm’s receiving the 2017 Outstanding Corporate Philanthropist award given by AFP (Association of Fundraising Professionals of Indian River County) means so much. Elizabeth devotes a good amount of her time to many community organizations including: The Scholarship Foundation of Indian River County (board member), Children’s Home Society (board member), The Jimmy Graves Foundation (board member), Impact 100 (member/member of grants committee), Easter Parade (all proceeds benefit the Boy’s & Girls Club of Indian River County), Indian River Community Foundation, Ballet Vero Beach. PERSONAL

Elizabeth loves the Florida lifestyle. She enjoys travel, fitness, reading, boating, fishing, cooking, gardening, owns a boutique apiary and family / community activities. She is a social member of Quail Valley River Club and a family member of John’s Island Club.
